BPM Lawn & Landscapes ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional lawn care and landscaping services in the Metro East Illinois area, including but not limited to mowing, edging, landscaping, mulching, fertilization, weed control, tree and shrub trimming, aeration, overseeding, and seasonal cleanup.
All services are performed based on the scope agreed upon between BPM Lawn & Landscapes and the customer. Any additional work outside the original scope will require mutual agreement and may result in additional charges.
We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are based on the condition and size of the property at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if property conditions differ significantly from the initial estimate.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for ongoing service agreements to account for changes in material costs, fuel costs, or scope of work.
Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We make every effort to provide services on the agreed-upon dates, but schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers requesting cancellation of a scheduled service should provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-notice cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or service agreement termination.
For recurring service agreements, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment as communicated at the time of service.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Accounts that remain unpaid for an extended period may result in suspension of services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the service area, including securing pets and removing personal items from the work zone. BPM Lawn & Landscapes is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area, including but not limited to toys, hoses, sprinkler heads, or garden decorations.
Customers should inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or invisible pet fences prior to service.
BPM Lawn & Landscapes strives to provide the highest quality services. However, we are not liable for damage to property that results from pre-existing conditions, unmarked utilities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
